Changes to Tier Rewards (Patreon)

Hello all,

So I am making a minor change to the tiers going forward. I am making it so that the $10 group gets to put forward suggestions for Kariverse Content Polls, and then the $5 and $10 tiers get to vote on those suggestions. I may also toss in a suggestion if I have an idea I am floating.

If there are other suggestions for rewards for the tiers or how they could be better optimized please let me know!
