We are back on our Classic Who journey! Where were the Ood inspired from you may ask? Well it looks like we're about to find out!

I would like to remind everyone that these episodes were recorded pre-strike. Therefore some of the things we're talking about are a little out of sync with where we're at now. Also, as we've previously mentioned we will be transitioning into watch along format. For this serial we will still have the episode available, but as you'll be able to see it will be slightly blurred and audio lowered (Though that is the norm with audio). I have edited in a timer to help with adjusting to what that will be like as well. Thank you all for understanding and your support!

The BBC's 'special sounds' don't always transfer over well into modern media! That high-pitched whine got to me as well and not even wearing headphones. Watch for hearing damage Gals!

I honestly think you'd be better off going to 2 episodes per week... it's going to take you up to 17 years to complete classic Who at the present pace (assuming breaks for new Who most years, and assuming you watch the animated missing ones). I appreciate you might not have enough spare time to pick up the pace though as it is a mammoth undertaking to go on this journey at any speed whatsoever, :)

Doctor Who episode 'Oxygen' 10x05 with Peter Capaldi and Pearl Mackie. Real life rhymes with art as tenants of social housing in Greater Manchester who were fearing for their lives due to the amount of damp and mould in their homes said they were told that "too much breathing" was contributing to their health issues.

Was excited to see this posted this week! I've been very curious about your reaction to this story, since when I made what turned out to be an unsuccessful attempt to get a couple a friends into class Who, this was where "Momentum was Lost". To be fair, A) they generally aren't drawn to stories with a Sci-fi setting, and 2) I think they were just humoring me, which was sweet I suppose. Also, since we know you watch these in batches, you may have already noticed this, but between eps 1 and 2, there was a slight design tweak to the Sensorite Costumes. I don't know if folks at the BBC had the same reaction you had during the big reveal, but I gather somebody said something to someone!
