The process went really smoothly here, although the posing is tricky. BUT, and it's a big butt indeed, I cheated a bit, turning the page in order to draw him like he was standing instead: soOo much easier to draw a full length body this way!

I especially like the way the smoke is marrying his body in this panel. It's less agressive (in the story the monster gets to Silk when he yelled at him to protect his lover), and is about to let him go, like he's no threat. It's oddly a calm view in a terrific scene.
