Sunny Hump Day! (Step by step) (Patreon)

A shorter version here: the sketch and the lines stages weren't worth the scan. Simply because ALL this piece depends on the shading. And it was huge! I mean, I used again this new paper I got for my birthday and it's soOo grainy that I had to put the graphite HARDER than usual. So I used almost all my hardness on this one. This explains why the rendering seems pretty softer than usual.

I'm often told my art is inspired by Tom of Finland's work, and this drawing is almost like an homage, when you see the original black graphite rendering.

I detailled a bit the colors, really simple but their choice really worked well here.

So, what's your choice: hairy or smooth? ;-)
