Finally I get to show you this new character! It was a blast to draw this back. I trained hard the past years to be able to render this the way I pictured in my mind. Back muscles are soOo complex to draw, even after drawing them many times before. I didn't think much about the ocean and the waves coming, but it went smoother than I expected in the first place. I talked about the hands play I came to enjoy doing with my art: this is the perfect example, hehe! He's gonna use a lot his hands in the next pages (not in a dirty way, not yet!). Pages 4 and 5 are meant to be seen together, as you will see next week. I created the storyboard in a specific way for this double page. That character deserves it, yup!

OMG -- this is all soooooooooo beautifully well drawn and rendered. Such lovely composition and that back and butt in the first panel -- ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!!! I've really been looking forward to meeting this character, and I must say, this page certainly does not disappoint.
