The wake up (step by step) (Patreon)

This was so intimidating to draw as it's the very first panel where we clearly see for the first time this character. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the result, but it works well in the first page.

You can see I had issues with the jaw line. The technique I'm using makes the final rendering way beyond the earliest stages, but it means sometimes I struggle at these first steps before realizing it's okay when the work is all done, haha!

Although I enjoy his black suit & tie, it's a pain in the ass to draw. Fortunately, he won't be wearing it too long. ;-)
