Yamato butt WIP 02 + Health Update (Patreon)

I tested positive for Covid. Gladly, I've been over a day without fever by now so hopefully the worst is already behind. I'm not at my 100% yet but feeling good enough, and surely much better than yesterday. I will be careful to not overexert myself.
