About the story behind this: 

thanks to Neira passive regeneration, changes on her boobs (like the expansion or other more evil stuff)  tent to be not very durable and things return to normal over time. In any case maybe they just greatly excited the breasts while they didn't let the milk out or anything like that. I still dont know the ful plot of the story haha
