Boob expansion is something that I am not fan to do on Neira (since she already have the perfect huge boobs haha) but one always must broke his rules at least one and for fun haha. 

Also even if I don't know the story, knowing him I bet that it will be awesome (and hot) and looks like he is planning to explain how the forced breast expansion was able to happen.

Also that guy who commissioned this is a good friend, the less I can do is draw it haha
