Eel Lady of "Tongue Sucking Swanp"! (Patreon)

Today I want to introduce you new uncommon Youkai character around the wrold... in this time,   Eel Lady of ”Tongue Sucking Swanp”! from Japan (Miyagi Prefecture)!

First, let me tell the original legend.

A tongue-sucking swamp (also known as a man-eating swamp) in Miyagi Prefecture was inhabited by a great eel whose favorite food was the tongues of young women.

When a young woman passes by the swamp, the lady comes up to her and grooms her hair beautifully. However, if the woman used the surface of the swamp as a mirror, the great eel would pull her in and take her tongue and she would die.

A little far away, but in Sakhalin Ainu people, there is still the ”Topoti,” a waterside witch who sucks tongues to death, and this gives me an image...

I tried to characterize it as a youkai of an eel woman, in which a large eel is transformed into a woman.

In the Anime-tamae!world, the element of killing the victim is removed from her.

So she seems to be a naughty eel-yokai sister who loves sucking on girls' tongues!

I have an idea for a confrontation like this, but I don't know if I can draw it in the main episode!

For this main illustration, I tried to draw while learning new technologies such as AI and 3D.
