Q: Will those new doujin books be translated?

A: No.

have main translation projects, and you can see full story via such translated works. So I'll focus on those main translations.
Also photo book of Haruka Ayame has very small amount of text, so you I guess you can enjoy it with CG&Story of Seina Chapter.
