📦 FreshOS Dark Plus v1.1 Update (Patreon)

Here's the dark version of FreshOS updated with the improvements and bug fixes seen in the new light version!

Changes:

  • Multi Language support in Main Menu
  • Fixed residual sound quality indicator when no album art was found
  • New, refined text color
  • Smaller theme size using compression methods, more friendly to RAM
  • Customisable Accent Colors
  • Smoother, higher quality graphics achieved via dithering (A method to get smoother images on displays with low colour gamut)

FreshOS Plus also includes:

  • Smooth Text Scrolling
  • Removed alert on USB screen, Thanks for your support!

This theme looks modern and cool but I found a bug that made me definitely switch to the free theme "Retrotape 3.0" which works perfectly and is also very cool to look at. The lockscreen has a big problem : it is glitched when text is scrolling on the background with the last build of Rockbox on my iPod Classic 6g.

Dear Yuuiko, again - great work - you are really talented! I have a question, why are you using a cd picture if there is no cover attached in the music-file? (After startup in the mainmenu-widget for music and playing song menu) From my point of view, a cd picture is not what this perfect skin and modern and state of the art ipod-music-player-withRockbox shoud show - cd mediums are just one medium possibility to share music. I would prefer FreshOS light plus and dark plus with a music-icon (similar to the itunes button icon)

idk it looked cool, the album art is meant to be some abstract "CD Casing" (hence the label sticker, and how you see the CD when there is no art e.g. clear CD Casing) FreshOS isn't a pure minimalist flat design, it has some texture to it and thats kinda why i went for that. I didn't want this one to be another typical flat thing.
