I like to call this rhythm pattern a "Drunken Gallop".
A regular gallop typically consists of one 8th note, then two 16th notes.
A reverse gallop typically consists of two 16th notes, then one 8th note.
The drunken gallop goes one 16th note, one 8th note, then another 16th note.
