Reminder, tomorrow is the very first Sparkling Rubies discord chat.   That's this Friday October 16th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm CST !!  I'm so excited about this!! 😀

I'm not sure but I think you need to create a general channel where members can chat. Right now there is a blank area, with the message 'No Text Channels. You are in a strange place. You don't have access to any text channels, or there are none on this server.

Not being a Patreon creator, I have no idea how to set up the different tier subscribers in the different 'roles'. But for setting up channels when you are in your server there is a drop down arrow. You can create the roles on the server. There's probably an option on Patreon for assigning Discord server role by tier, just guessing, but the other Patreon creator has us in roles by tier. It will also let you create new channels they can be text based or voice channels but not both. Then once the channel is created there's a gear icon to edit the channel options. Like making it NSFW, what role has what permissions. I had played around with the serves years ago when I started using Discord as my brother and I's private voice chat. We can't be banned from any game we play cause of our language, NO one hears us in game. LOL. We usually just make a 'call' to start chatting.

I got there later than most but it was still pretty cool. This venue gave me much more of a sense of community. I also enjoyed the dynamics of chatting in real time albeit with a slight delay. There are still things to learn about how to use Discord to it's maximum potential. 😀 Thank you Sparkling Ruby 💖💋🤗
