So I've gone through my supply of boost and am going to be taking a break from actively gaining while i work on building my muscles some more. Normally I'm scared when I do this because I usually drop 10-15lbs but I wanna keep the muscle part of my muscle chub identity alive lol .That being said, its been a couple weeks without boost and I'm still managing to stay in the low 230s so yay! ideally I'm hoping my metabolism has given up on me and it'll be impossible for me to lose any more weight but we'll see how things go. At least for now i'm still very chubby and doughy.
