Discord Heads Up (Patreon)

I'm setting up a discord to make the updates and reminders easier to keep track of on a platform that's easier to access. It might or might not change alot but at the moment it's not going to be very active. The bot is going to be handling Role assignments and invites so connect your discord to your Patreon and it will automatically add you.
