This is mainly aimed at creators but also those who happen to like adult movies and games that use Daz3d and Honeyselect assets.

Basically what has happened is ALLEGEDLY a guy called 'Towercrow' who likes Daz3d got really pissed of that someone can load up Honey select, pose the models and then screenshot and in this way render 100's of images in a few hours and then create games left right an centre. So he ALLEGEDLY tells Fakku, the company with ALLEGED exclusive license to use Illusion software (i.e. Honey Select) about this and the company is now condemning use of the assets and may ALLEGEDLY go after creators using Honey Select assets.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!

Remember how the guy likes Daz3d and Daz3d games? Well in a tit for tat move now it seems that ALLEGEDLY some pissed off Honeyselect creators MAY go after Daz3d users who have not legally purchased their assets in a revenge move. So if you are a creator that uses these or someone who enjoys games with them. You may have to say goodbye because ALLEGEDLY TowerCrow doesn't like it. That is all...

LOL yea I know about that fight, I seen it on Runey site when it brought up that no Honey Select looking games but yea, Philly Game, just posted Depraved Awaken on steam and I know of few others on steam, but I swear that I have seen a few Honey Select style game on steam, I have to go back and check it, but yea check Runey discord channel and Runey F95 site and I have been following it

If Illusion doesn't go the way of licenses or ignoring this it will completely kill their games business-wise because so many people use their stuff, not to mention the knock on effect will be that as I said, pissed of HS creators WILL go after Towercrow and his Daz3d game, and other daz3d creator will get caught in the crossfire. Fakku only has the rights to Honey Select Unlimted and nothing else, basically acting as a publisher, still unclear if it's anything really to do with them. But if Illusion, who owns the assets give a clear 'NO' with no chance of licensing then kiss all games and comics and media that uses their assets goodbye as well as the backlash that a Daz3d guy was the OP of this.

Which is why the issue is so sensitive. There are a lot of effects, not just the obvious ones: Patreon: If Illusion, or Fakku acting for Illusion starts issuing DMCA claims against HS creators, patreon will lose a LOT of money in creator revenue and/or legal defense. Then there is the issue of whether using patreon means you are profiting commercially from HS and Daz assets or if the donations are to you personally. Paypal: A sudden drop in monies from creators that use HS and Daz3d. Fakku: After the scandal and accusations of heavy handedness and threats when Fakku took over Hentaihaven, if they do so again here, especially if they have no legal basis to do so, they will face a massive backlash. One guy on that forum is talking about taking Fakku to court for threatening behaviour. Illusion - Most of the awareness of the studio is from Western pirates and game creators, if they pull the plug on them then Illusion will at worst go bye bye and at best severely DROP any profit they make. As much as they say they aren't interested in a western market they should realise how many people even if they don't buy the game at least give it advertising by using the stuff. Also how many people would of course buy a license if that is how they go about it. Daz3d - Anyone using this will face backlash in the days to come simply because a creator using this was the OP of the thread and was the one accused of starting the whole mess. IF HS gets pulled there will be a digital online Kristalnacht against Daz3d creators in revenge.

If I were Illusion what I would do was realise just how expensive Daz3d assets are, how difficult Blender, Maya, Autodesk modelling software is and how many people use HS assets and realise they could completely devastate their western competitors by completely undercutting them and charging a small license fee for commercial use, OR a certain % of profits of commercial usage.

True, I know of a lot of creator that use Daz3D and some have very powerful CPU and GPU and couple of them even have the new RTX 2080 that can do that Ray Tracing looks, so far I have only found one creator that is using it in the game and it looks cool but the amount it takes to render just one of them fun spots in a game story, a couple of them says it takes ton of time to render and get it right but yea on the other thing about how expensive the Daz3D are but I am seeing a ton of these artist that just making picture renders and selling them to creator but the making and rendering is up to the other detail artist

Hey there, just joined. Got a question. Is there any link where I can download all your videos (not just the extended version) without paying another 1 dollar to pornhub or manyvidz? Btw. If I see right PC Emily 3 Extended isn't included in Extended versions' download link. Cheerz to you all.

Hello! Welcome to the page. Glad to have you aboard. As regards the downloads for extended patrons you can of course download from the link as many times as possible and extended videos contain the normal video AND more stuff, for normal patrons they get to download each new video per month as part of their pledge but once a video is in the public domain it's $1 to download. I made that a policy when I signed the contracts with Pornhub and Manyvids, they have you fill out a download fee when you sign up and it can be $1 - $250. I didn't want to hit my supporters too hard so it's the minimum. You must really be a fan if you want to download ALL my videos! Which brings me onto my next point, earlier last year my laptop corrupted and with it a lot of my older videos were either lost completely or are buried in random encrypted hard drives so unfortunately not ALL of my videos are still at hand EXCEPT on pornhub, which kept them. However i was able to find Emily 3 Extended and a few others and will upload now. :-)

Thanks to you and Jpostel (another patron of mine) $10 patrons get access to my public video folder where they can download all the videos I have backups of, that's currently about 25 videos for just $10 when they are normally $1 each.
