Account Suspended (Patreon)

Dear Patrons and followers.

It is with a sad and heavy heart I write that my account has been suspended by patreon. I am unsure if you can see this, or even if it tells you I am suspended.

Please see the following received via Patreon support.

Oh Hello,


Only just got these messages, my apologies i only view my email once per week on Fridays usually.


I would have thought a public disclaimer would have been enough to remove liability from patreon and myself, surely were any none adults on Patreon the fault for viewing such material would lie with their parents or legal guardians? Not withstanding that we (adult creators) are prohibited from appearing in public searches so any unsuitable audience would be unable to find us. I am unsure as to why Patreon has enacted these policies and if you would indulge me please do enlighten me as to how the company believes it will make a profit from it's adult content creators if it continues to enact policies contrary to their business?


Furthermore I would argue that as the guidelines themselves do not constitute an addendum to any Signed contract between the two parties then they are none binding. See also that your own guidelines state that:


'
'We define pornographic material as real people engaging in sexual acts such as masturbation or sexual intercourse on camera.' - Patreon Guidelines 12/04/2019 at 04:43.

As my work is of a 3D nature, namely pixels (albeit very sexy pixels) I would venture that my material does not meet your definition of Pornographic and therefore I am exempt from rules relating to adult creators.


As 1 last point of debate i would like to cite the following:


'Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.' - U.S. Constitution.



However I can of course be reasonable and henceforth, without prejudice or admission of any and all legal or other liability I shall:



* Remove and amend the reward tier images.

* Private any and all posts both past and future.



I trust these 2 points will be acceptable? My arguments addressed in a polite and professional manner and shall henceforth have my account:



* Unsuspended.

* Free to receive money from patreons that may or may not form 'consideration' under contract law (2 law degrees at Uni, can't help it, we love a good debate) and therefore form a contract to which I am professionally and legally bound to perform.

* Receive a free 'I survived Patreon Suspension' banner for my page. :-)

So yeah....this is probably going to be my last public post for a while. I'm going to be changing things around now, hopefully the above shows I will fight my corner if needed. A lot of people on here just bowed down. I don't mind changing a few images i suppose. BUT for safeties sake i will be downloading my complete email lists and I urge you all to sign up for a pornhub account if you can and just subscribe to me on there. Just in case...
