31st May I was born 29 years ago, hurt mommy like a bitch to give birth, the horns and pitchfork will do that. Now that little potato clone is a porn lord, don't they grow up so fast?
Anyway you guys are wondering why I'm posting aren't you? Well you know how I've mentioned getting a new laptop? Settle down...I wasn't able to get the Acer predator BUT... I do have a new laptop. Whilst it cannot handle dynamic lighting yet (it can handle it but if I then use my screen recorder is bugs out*) it should be able to make movies in 1080HD instead of 720p AND as you can see I am able to push it to the top of the current lighting, shading, saturation and detail etc.
I may not be able to do the dynamic lighting yet on this thing but I should be able to make up for that by using high resolution textures in the areas as opposed to the ones I've had to use before which are mostly 480p. If you look at my new banner you'll see what I can do now as well. It's not as good as I was hoping but it is an improvement.
OLD LAPTOP:
Asus UX305F 1920 x 1080 (couldn't use this on movies, had to scale down to 1280 x 800)
Intel Core M3 0.80 Ghz speed (The basic and shittiest CPU you can get, not even dual core, it's 1 core.)
8 GB RAM
128GB SSD (Most of that taken up by windows 10)
Integrated Graphics card (was crap, couldn't even run Neverwinter 1 without jerky movements)
NEW LAPTOP:
HP Pavilion 15 1920 x 1080 (I should be able to use this resolution now)
AMD Quad-Core A12 Processor 2.6Ghz speed (equivalent to top end intel 3 chips and bottom end of intel 5 chips? My guess...)
8 GB RAM DDR4
2TB Hard Drive (No SSD but I don't mind waiting 10 mins for it to boot)
(Seperate) Radeon Graphics Card with it's own 4GB of memory just for graphics alone.
So because of my birthday, Dad decided to get me a new laptop, Yay! only annoying thing was that thing Dad's do to embarrass their children, He asked me if it would bring me more money on patreon, I said it should do with the quality increase. Then he asked me in the store, in front of the girl selling the laptop what I did on patreon...I had to reply with 'Make people happy'. But fair play to him.
So now I'm going to have a go at getting as many high resolution areas, textures etc as I can put on this thing.

* For some reason the same crash happens with this laptop as with the old one. I use the software but also a screen recorder called bandicam. I thought it was because it couldn't handle the graphics but I know this laptop can, so now I'm convinced it's my screen recorder, googling it seems to confirm it, high end quality kills the recorder. IF....I can find a high quality recorder I MAY (no promises) be able to use dynamic lighting on this.
