Edit:  Not gonna lie, I was sitting on this one to see if the results would sway one way.  Since the votes remained the same, I decided not to open up a tie breaker poll this time.  Instead, I'm excited to announce two winners!  with 3 votes each, Choromatsu & Kanji will both be getting drawn during the month of May!!  This will also make up for the lack of a Male poll next month since I will be pausing a few commission tiers to do some catching up.
