Maybe Jigen's eye from certain angles in the dark look non-human like. But he's just speculating at this point, we don't really know what he is lol..all he know is that he has a similar mark as Boruto/Kawaki but on his chin lol

Btw I don’t know if you remember the time travel arc very well but in the last fight against urashiki Urashiki tells Boruto that he doesn’t care that he’s momoshiki’s vessel anymore (basically saying he don’t care to kill Boruto) just a little fyi cus idk if you remembered that lol it’s kinda important 😂
