The jougan hasn't been that relevant in the manga too after the first chapter so you probably might have to wait for a bit unless the anime decides to improvise.

First half of next arc is kinda meh average anime canon arc but it really picks up in the second half and then ties directly into the next manga canon

No, I mean mostly superfluous events that have scant character development or relevance to the story that follows. Padded run time that focusses on nonsense such as ten minutes figuring out how to deal with a smelly cloak. Attack on Titan has less than 70 episodes in total. In that time it has told an incredibly intricate story and is perhaps one of if not the best anime of all time. Boruto has had more than twice as many episodes and so far we've only been teased with what the central conflict of the show will be, or the new powers that will be revealed. It's not a build up, it's a stringing out. The second half of this arc picks up big time and expands on the manga in an actual meaningful way, but most of the other anime canon up to this point could easily be skipped with negligible impact to enjoyment or understanding of the story.

It sucks ep 155 was skipped as it’s one of the best written eps in the series and has some great animation and it’s also anime canon as it tied into the mitsuki Arc and was about mitsuki learning to think and act for himself. But hey at least we got the himawari episode
