I mean he isn't wrong, most anime canons in Boruto usually don't have substantial character and main plot progression, just subtle build up or foreshadowing. But they can have good animations/artstyle, and even interesting storytelling lol

I feel like there’s definitely character development in them too but yeah that’s mainly what I mean he counts it out and assumes it doesn’t mean much but there’s some solid anime cannon arcs

I have been subscribed to this patreon for quite a while now, and the one thing I really don't like about it is the complete lack of updates, I mean, it literally takes nothing for you to just to open your patreon and let us know when you're uploading for the day, or if you're uploading at all, I don't even know if you read these at this point tbh.
