Tbh I think just watch mostly everything and just enjoy it for what it is bro coz even the little details and info you get from the boring or less interesting episodes will be good to digest if you know what I mean! Just push through it no matter what i reckon but whatever you end up doing we shall respect mah brother! 🔥 like naruto always does hehe never take the easy way!! 😎😎

I would just watch it all tbh - there are some amazing moments and fights in the coming arc's and as someone else said above, it would involve you skipping a lot because so much of it is cannon

Watch the choo cho episodes.... Imo, when you know the writers are able to make u HATE someone's bad traits (boruto cheating) it gives you a rewarding feeling when u see their growth into GOOD characters... i really think cho cho will be a good character. but If she's too painful to watch for you personally, then all good. skip.
