I’ve been waiting for this episode lol. I’m sure some people already clarified but yeah. All Specialist are different. Kurapikas ‘Emperor Time’ is what allows him to use any ability under any category at master level. Emperor Time is unique to Kurapika, not every Kiera, so others with red eyes wont be speciallists just because he is and they won’t have emperor time just because he does. Each Specialist is different and their abilities are different, so other Specialists won’t have mastery over all other categories since that’s specific to Emperor Time, if that makes sense.
