That's not the issue vimeo have to do same checks and due to situations atm I'd rather him be safe than sorry and keep to what he's doing but keep it in there lines so its checked for fair use not worth messing it about

I get what you're saying, but I watch a lot of reactions on vimeo for patrons from other channels and they show the all anime without problems. Like all the serie with all full episodes and clear screen. Now I'm not pressuring him to to it on vimeo, but he could still upload it there like he meant to do here
