The reason they showed Nagato killing Yahiko, and Kakashi killing Rin simultaneously is because Rin also ran into Kakashi Chidori just like Yahiko ran into Nagato's kunai. So, by seeing Yahiko's suicide, Obito realizes that Rin killed herself too.

Idk how you can hate danzo and not obito? Seems hypocritical. You blame danzo for the akatsuki for becoming that way but its as much obitos fault, he slaughtered the entire akatsuki which would have saved yahiko. Not to mention all the countless other horrible things he has done. Danzo = obito. Both pieces of shit

Bro are you kidding me. Obito had a traumatic experience that changed him fundamentally and caused him to lose hope. Really Obito wants to create a world of peace. Danzo has no desire for peace and Danzo was a shit bag from his young days.

Personally, this is why I think Hiruzen was a bad Hokage. He was just too soft. He got this Danzo guy running around starting shit all over the place, doing a bunch of stuff behind your back and when you do find out certain things you do not punish him. Hiruzen knew Danzo went behind his back and gave Itachi the order to kill the clan after he told Itachi to buy him some time. He let his friendship with Danzo prevent him from making the necessary tough choices just as he let his feeling for Orochimaru stop him from killing him when he had the chance.

But whether dead are alive, if you live the rest of your life in a genjutsu world you are dead anyway. So I guess for Obito even if its people who are already dead, he seems them all as the same.
