Still no access to account (Patreon)

I still do not have access to my patreon on desktop this is what staff has told me

"I've added your ticket to the bug report with the team so they could continue to investigate.

I’m unable to provide an exact timeline for when this might be fixed, but I’ll be here to help if you notice any changes or have any other questions in the meantime."

Idk when patreon can help me... but Im lucky I still have access to my account on the app so i can update all of you if I didn't have this none of you would know
