When you click "work", a new image of your employee and a new image of a background would pop up, and there would be dialogue between her and the customers, or between her and your other employees, or between her and you. There could be decisions to choose from, for example, a customer is mad and you can tell your employee to flash her breasts at the customer to calm him down. Or, you could let your employee have sex with the customer (However, I would do a poll first before doing this, because you guys might not want your employees to have sex with other people.)

Energy and some gameplay would still be a thing, but I would probably make it so she can only work once or twice per day.

She would likely be animated a little bit in the image of her working.

Things like pressing the "Give/Gift" button would be a new image of your employee and new image of a background as well. It will show you actually gifting her something, or her sitting down and eating what you gave her, but it will have dialogue and decisions.

There would still be stats, and these stats could alter some of the dialogue / decisions.
