I will be gone on vacation from the 24th to 30th(ish) and so I am not going to be active during this time.

The next release will come out on the 24th or before I leave. :)

Another thing is that I posted HFGR on online websites about a week ago. I had to talk to websites owners and fix bugs, so this took longer than expected, because of the unexpected bugs!

One minor note, I have been spending a little bit of time each day into drawing anime characters. I realize now that it is a big chore trying to get another artist and working with artists in general because trying to convey to them what I need can be difficult, so eventually when I get good enough I plan on drawing everything myself! (Edit: I won't keep any of my artists. After talking to some other game developers, I don't want to risk it) But yeah, this is more of a long-term goal and won't be immediate.

Anyways, thank you guys for the support! :)

when you're confident enough to do your own artwork, i suggest redrawing everyone so that there is a uniform style among all the characters.

I have just recently (yesterday) been talking to other game developers who have lawyers and experience with commissions, and this is what they pretty much told me. Knowing all of this, I will likely do all art by myself and not have another artist to speed things up unless that artist is on contract. I would probably just remove the game(s) that has art/music/etc from other people who I commissioned, and either remake the game(s) entirely or make a version 2 with all assets made by me. I could get sued, even though I am paying for the art and the artist(s) agrees I can use it for commercial use. Later down the line, if my patreon does well, anyone I commission could sue me. I would either have to get a lawyer to get him to write up a contract between the artist and I, or just simply make my own art and not go through all that complicated legal stuff. A lot of people commission a person by trust/reputation with the community. That's kind of risky. If that artist for example desperately needs money, and you are making money from his art being in your game, there is probably a higher chance that he will sue you to save him/herself. I really don't like this legal stuff to be honest, lol.
