It’d make sense for dentistry to be unexplained and vaguely mythical among Hospital doctors, since medical school teaches you almost nothing about teeth. The two fields were almost united under the same umbrella in the 1800’s, but the idea was (supposedly) rejected after the medical doctors involved said, “ The subject of dentistry is of little consequence.” I wonder how much all the doctors except Phage (who is Totally Educated and definitely Knows All) know about teeth? Would Tori know dental surgery, or is that technically a different thing than normal surgery?
