The harpejji is a really unique instrument that Rob and I have had on our radars for a while, but we never played one before filming this video. It's literally our first two hours trying it out, condensed into a fun 14-minute episode of Sonic Boom!

This will come out on Saturday morning, but you get early access here - check it out.

What do you think of the harpejji? Should we turn any of our jams into full songs? Drop a comment and let us know. :)

Thanks for being a patron!

Harpejji is a piano guitar boogie board, and it’s amazing

Always thought Andrew was born and raised in Ottawa. Now I get my mistake. He’s from another capital: auto-wah.

(As for the harpejji work… I do enjoy the fact that we’re privy to the fumbling. It’s not the usual show-off move on most musicians’ channels. In the end, it’s also pretty good advertisement for Marcodi as it sounds easy to learn. So it’s not just Stevie Wonder who can pick it up!)

You guys should also check out the Linnstrument from music gear legend Roger Linn, similar idea, but MPE Midi. I'd love to see it (and him) on Sonic Boom :) I'm not able to play any instruments, but have been capable of improvising with it.
