Isn't that when we say it's a Festivus Miracle, which dispenses with the needed parenthesized adjustments for a mere cost of having an implied normal observance day shifted two sooner? That said, Festivus can happen any day that someone who observes it feels it's necessary, by the explicit Festivus rules, and given the number of adherents, that pretty much means that every day is Festivus for someone. So Festive Festivus everyone!
