Ent Sketches (Patreon)

Some unpublished sketches from my Silmarillion Project (http://silmarillionproject.tumblr.com/), where I illustrate images for each chapter of J.R.R. Tolkien's Silmarillion. People like to draw the Ents as living trees, and while that's pretty cool, I decided to go with Tolkien's words in The Two Towers, which describes them as smooth-skinned Trolls who seem to wear tree-bark as clothes. Haven't worked on the project since earlier this year for time reasons, but I'll get around to more one of these days!
