I'm on both sides of the fence on this video. Although I agree with his high points I completely disagree with his negative points. I don't consider myself a huge fan, but I have watched it since it's initial release. So I am biased towards this series since, as he said, this aired before the market got over saturated. Honestly I think you would rather like the series. I think all the seasons are pretty good. The latest seasons are the probably the best action wise, but that's cause there is a ton of world building and character development in A Certain Magical Index 1&amp;2 and A Certain Scientific Railgun 1&amp;S. Touma is the protaganist of the series as a whole with Misaka and Accelerator being Secondary Protags in the Main series and or course the primary protags in their own side stories. Again, in my opinion, I disagree with his assessment about the first seasons being boring and generic. But as I said, that's from my own perspective of having watching the series since it released. Unfortunately, even with the series of ACMI being 74 episodes through 3 seasons, their is still alot of character background, especially Toumas', that gets left by the wayside. As a side note: I have watched every single episode of all the series and have read every LN to date.

I thought the series as a whole was on another level. I can understand how some parts can be tough to get through though. I binged the shit out of it so I got through all of it fast but yall gonna be doing a few eps a week so that might be tough. I do think it would be worth it if you do it. I geeked out and watched it in chronological order, sometimes I would be switching shows between episodes to make it all fit right, but it's cool because you'll randomly see a character for 2 seconds in one show, but you go to the other show and see what they were doing, interesting way to watch but not a must. There are 161 ep’s total plus one movie, 75 are railgun, 74 are index (plus the movie), and 12 are accelerator, if you do decide to watch it, good luck.

My opinion is the first arc is ok not very good but ok so its not that bad i think you should watch index bro ;)
