Clone troopers are clones while storm troopers are human they where recruited after the clone wars. Also clones had no idea about order 66 it was a chip in their brain just to clear up any confusion. I would also recommend the clone wars series

Yeah this is why Storm Troopers are clowned on, since they suck ass due to being filthy normies, vs Clones of the galaxy's greatest bounty hunter (as well as being trained by Jango himself personally as part of the deal in addition to his gene map being purchased)
