The answer to how Potimas has that shit was literally said in the episode; Tech like this is WHAT CAUSED THE WORLD TO BECOME A SHITHOLE LIKE THIS, as revealed by Taboo (those slideshows, albeit we weren't shown all the shit that our grill got shown, but it's confirmed in this episode by her), so this world is basically a post-apocalyptic pseudo-fantasy world, and prior to this boogaloo stuff shown in the Taboo, it was some modern/sci-fi world, y'get? The Taboo shows us at least that this was caused by the discovery of something called MA Energy, after which we got a slide "the world deteriorates", meaning that MA Energy is something like the "HP" of a planet I suppose, since the world starts to deteriorate after this MA Energy is discovered by Humans

So, if it hasn’t been told to you guys yet, the reason the budget was so incredibly ass near the end is due to outsourcing. Crunchyroll outsourced animation parts to speed up production (I believe this is the reason, it’s been a while since I saw a well made explanation, so take the reasoning with a grain of salt). Apparently the scenes animated by that 3rd party were so incredibly ass that crunchyroll had to grind out those mediocre scenes near end-of-season to redo the scenes made by the 3rd party they employed. Now, as much as I hope for a season 2, I doubt it will come unfortunately. If they had just taken the time to announce a delay to the upload schedule, given the reason publicly at the time, I would hope they would have been able to create some better scenes with added time.

I wouldn't give up hope there's always a delay with Isekai based on light novels. That said I heard the blue ray sales sucked.

So the scene where she hatches from the egg is almost rage-inducing with how they changed it. So she gets hit with abyss magic hatches from the egg and realizes all her stats are 3 so while she could evolve to Arachne she wouldn't survive the evolution. Guli-Guli shows up apologizes for sending Ariela after her says he won't do it again and then brings out the dragons Ariel killed to make up for it. Using those she evolves while eating. The conversation she had with Guli-Guli in the tree a few episodes back was done here as well. The changes just piss me off so much because it's just so rushed and lacks impact as a result. Sorry about the rant but I've seen this anime a few times now that scene never gets better.

Something the anime leaves out is her actual reason for laying eggs. She does it because her Parallel Minds have turned psychotic after eating Mother's brain and she needed to get rid of them.
