Smh some granny beating the shit out of someone who is only a few months old... As you can see, Malty is truly clinically a pathological liar; she's literally physically incapable of NOT LYING (as all pathological liars are, it's a wiring malfunction on a physical level in the brain), even tho she knows she gets fucked every time she lies.

Holy Moly. Nice marathon! I'm glad you guys are having as good a time with the series as I did. Also, I just want to mention a little difference that was in the Light Novel/Manga: Rather than wanting to save them, Naofumi really, really wanted them executed. Even the queen was furious with them (to the point that she took many of their painted portraits and attacked them with ice magic for anger management), and thought death was the only worthy punishment. However, the queen also realized the terrible political ramifications that would come with such a verdict, so she convinced Naofumi to come up with a different punishment. And thus Bitch and Trash acquired their new names :P

Kills me inside that the anime made the Naofumi so much "nicer" in the anime. Manga he WANTED BLOOD!

I love these next 4 episodes too. Ending on ep 21 would of worked fine, but i think because next arc is so short they snuck it in.

I loved the names and stuff. I still feel like Myne should have gotten beheaded lol. But this is fine too. She definitely doesn't stop her bullshit after this so it is more annoying than anything else.

Well Naofumi agrees with you on that, the anime twisted things to make him look heroic and like the better man but he was totally intend on having both of them killed right then and there during the trial, just wanting to get over with it, it was the queen that rejected that punishment citing political reasons (that trash still had too much political influence and allies in the country and killing him would leave them open to turn him into a martyr). So Naofumi settled with having them be publicly humiliated for the rest of their lives but with the promise that the next incident would mean a death sentence.

It's SOOO good, I love the characters, the animation, the story, the world building, everything and the more I watch it the more I appreciate it. People on MAL giving it 1s and 2s, GTFO of here, just because it has a false accusations! That shiat happens in real life so why can't it be covered! And it's a damn show/book, also when he says that dragon stuff or the Iron Maiden in that BADASS voice it's soooo F&$# cool. I must have rewatched that scene like 10x lol. Too bad it got delayed but I can't wait for S2.
