As you can see w/ Patrasche, Ground Dragons are loyal af animals, which might be cuz as a species classified under Lesser Dragons, they are more or less Human level in sentience, generally speaking (which is why Fulfew has a 100% coherent voice, unlike many of the other animals of lesser intellect. So essentially Patrasche likely has a similar sounding voice as well, and as we all know, SHE'S A QUEEN, for staying 100% loyal to Subaru no matter what). It seems that since bugs etc are highly Eusocial (will commit sudoku for the Greater Good of the collective, essentially, which is common in many hive-type insects), they have a less coherent individual voice, as they are individually really low intellect after all, since each type of unit is heavily specialized to dangerous degrees, as to be useless in some of the more generic areas
