Don´t know how much real world spider facts they have put in here but usally the gestation period can be between 2-3 weeks and the egg laying can vary from 1 week too several months after mating, They are essentially still in their mother's womb while Kumoko was fighting and eating the frog. There are still many months to go before they are born.

As a LN reader i have to mention a few things. First of all, dont read the lyrics/subtitles at the end. The ending lyrics spoil pretty much the whole season if not the first half of the season (the series is supposed to get 24 episodes).
