Yes, a great season finale. You both got a benefit of binging that us real-time viewers didn’t get, as it didn’t air until Oct 2020 due to Covid… and AMC didn’t do any marathon or anything ahead of time so we could catch up and “remember” what all had happened by spring 2020. AMC had also made announcements before this episode aired that there would be 6 special “10c” episodes, and that S11 would be final season with 24 episodes, split into three 8-episode parts.

{FYI: YOU MAY CHOOSE TO DELETE THIS.} Before this S10 finale aired in Oct 2020, AMC also announced not only that S11 would be final season w extra episodes, but also that 2 specific characters would be getting a spin-off after main TWD show ending. At the time, some of us were disappointed that AMC chose to announce that then and sort of “spoil” those character with spin-off plot armor. But it’s what we got going into this S10 finale and future TWD episodes.
