Hey everyone!

I have an announcement to make.

The short version of the story is that I’m unable to change my shifts at work like I usually do, which will prevent me from the time I need to proofread, edit, and write the new chapters. This means that I will be unable to post for one week during the last week of December. However, I will still be able to post the next chapter (Chapter 62 of WPA) on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day as scheduled, just perhaps without the revised version as I usually do on the typical schedule; which is why for people on Reddit and Royal Road, it’ll be a 2 week pause in the schedule instead of the 1 week on Patreon. Humans Don't Hibernate will be delayed by 2 weeks as a result as well.

As for the Commissioned Pioneer Bonus Story this month, it'll also be coming out sometime next week! :D

As some of you may already know, I'm a medical student irl and I'm currently in the clinical phase of my training. This means that I have to navigate my schedule really carefully because I also get assigned shifts alongside the attending staff, residents, and interns. Normally I schedule and reshuffle my shifts around my posting schedule, such that I have time to both write, edit, and proofread every chapter before they get posted. However, circumstances regarding scheduling near the end of the year have forced me into a corner where I'm unable to swap shifts like I genuinely do, as we’re short staffed at the end of the year as many take their holidays then. This, coupled with upcoming exams means that I don't think I'll be able to write and post chapters to my usual standards, which leads me to deciding that I must take a one week hiatus from posting. However, I will still be posting Chapter 62 as scheduled on Christmas Eve/Day (depending on your timezone) on Patreon so please don’t worry about that! :D It’s just that I won’t be able to post on New Year's day for Chapter 63, and that’ll be deferred forward by one week.

I'm genuinely sorry about this, but I promise you guys that regular posting schedules will resume after the New Year (on the first week of January).

So with that being said, I really hope this is alright with everyone and I once again apologize for this disruption in the schedule. I guarantee though that we'll get back to the usual schedule after all this is done! I hope you guys have a great holiday season! :D

May the stars see your journey safe,

Mr. Importance

Thats fine. I'm sure we can all wait. After all it's your story, take as much time as you need. On another note, good luck with those exams big man! Though considering your dilligence im sure you'll do fine.

HOW DARE Y…. Ya know I can’t even sarcastically say that. You’re if freaking med school too?? Dude. You just jumped a few levels of respect in my book. Can’t believe you write two amazing chapters per week on top of everything. Major major props.

The fact you manage to consistently pump these chapters out while being in med school at all is kind of insane my dude.

Cosmic Bananas

Understandable. You Write quality at a quick pace, not many can do that, and even fewer can with some kind of job and with such long chapters. I think the chapter lengths are pretty good Gotta say I'm rather happy that this series is getting a bit of recognition, if the patreon member count is anything to go by. This story is excellent

Take your time, don't stress your self out too much.

Don't let yourself stress, education is damn important

No worries. Medical school sounds exhausting. Props for being able to do this at the same time. What we really want is for you to continue this story for a long time, growing the universe until the story's natural end. Bonus points if you release it as a book (would pay for that!). If you need to take some time off for personal reasons, to avoid burnout or whatever, as long as it continues to the longevity and eventual completion of this story, I'm all for it. Best wishes and enjoy your Christmas ♥️

You can be sure that I will not be complaining one bit about this. You literally have to be FORCED BY IRL LIFE to break your schedule, man. You already have INSANE levels of respect from me for posting as consistently as you do. Seriously, this is not a given with creative work. Not for me, not for many more! Have great Christmas, be it work or leisure, man. And take care.

I normally skim the revised for extra content and significant plot points. Hope you do amazing, don't worry about the revised post, here to support an outstanding author more then my inability to wait for something others can see.

Take care and have a Happy set of Holidays! One of the best gifts I have gotten this year is being able to read your wonderful stories! Take care of yourself, take time to enjoy yourself, and know we will be happily and eagerly awaiting you on the other side! Cheers!
