weekly talk 261 + 262 (Patreon)

Weekly 261:

So, what happened last week is actually an issue from patreon. For some reason, the system forced me on a 2 verification system safety, despite me not activating it. Issue is, i saw it the Thursday only. Sent a message, the time it was seen by patreon staff it was the week end.
So i sent all info and waited until they finaly go in, remove the safety and let me log in.
i dunno iff it's a comon bug,  but the nice person from staff that took my file, suggested to activate the safety, to be sure the bug didn't occured again in the future.
I touch wood for that
But here I am again

Weekly 262

So let's start it 

Workflow

This week i'm working on one full colour comm, and a one page comics comm (due for several month now X) ) Those are my two major things to work on, might do some little sketch in between. The full colour should be done for tomorow. And i would work the 3 last days of the week on the comics, i think, worst case, monday should be done. THEN, next week September 2023 rewards and monthly sketchs due, and should be all .
But we ll cross that bridge when we get there!

Dunno if i said it yet here, but, happy new year!
In France we say you have till the end of first month to celebrate it, so, 1/3 of January is still quite ok ^^
Is it a custom in your contries too guys?
The begining of the year was quite full of emotions for me. One of my best friend had his dreamjob happen, robotic code specialist in Japan.  He is going at the end of the week, so, i spent as much time as i could with him for the occasion.
Kinda sad to see him go, been around for last 11 years, and in this time i think the longest i spent without seeing him was a month. Used to come here 2 or 3 times a week to play games or just hanging out at one point.
Still  hope him the best, it's his dream job after all.
With that, i had covid, and my whole family catched it because of me. Everyone is feeling better now, so no big deal.
Still, a begining of the year quite eventfull

ArtGoals

So, i had done a lil survey at the end of the year, more to get your advices on some stuff. Kinda made me surprised on some parts.
Used it, not as what to do in 2024, but.. as a way to think aver it.
For exemple a lot asked for more Hardcore action, and.. i'm not against, but, i like also the fun and peacefull. The light hearted. Like, a lot, it actually helped me get more positive. But sometimes hardcore is fun too. So I'll take it in mind =)
That said, here is the art goal for 2024
