hi! let's get started

Workflow:

I underperformed recently, and it's no surprise why, i'm slacking a bit. And i got some personal reasons for it.
Let's say some family event occurs, the logical follow up of the death of a relative, and it kinda made my brain relive the recent trauma once again. I'm quite relieved tough, because i'm not the only one in my close family going through it. My siblings also felt the same, so.. i guess it's just normal.
So it did impact my will to work and capacity to focus. I want to finish some pieces before July tough so i'll try to be more focus and work more on the coming week. First finish the Soraka comics, and if i got time before Tuesday, start the patreon sketch N°40.
I should also learn to let it go a bit. Like, not downgrade quality, but learned that, dude, if no one gonna notice it anyway, no need to redraw 12 times this ear to get the good angle.
And why before Tuesday? Because i'm gonna go  until next monday to see my family, it's my brother and my nephew birthday (not the same day but quite close, so we celebrate the two together), and been onth since i seen them.
I'm sure i'll get back way more de stressed and ready to work!

Less coffee

My recent lack of production might also be linked to my attempt to drink less cofee. I didn't took a cup in 3 weeks. I'm trying other things, like tea, mostly because i was, at the end, around 3 to 4 cup a day, and, well, it's not that healthy.
Not making a no coffee rules, just, for now, learn to live  without.
This kinda saw myself becoming quite more sleepy and less focussed might i say X)
Not the fault of this only, as i said before in this post, got stuff on my mind, but it clearly didn't helped.
Anyway, trying at least to do that for a couple of month, then i'll go back to coffee again, and try a more moderate approach this time

drowning when not burning

It's a bit of a joke, but, recently, in my area, there's two weather only. Scorching heat, or torrential rain, and.. i live in south of France, not in tropical area =D
More seriously, we had a quite dry spring, so some rain is good, but we talk a lot of rain in short period. So and so that it actually destroyed my street. I live on a hill, to be honest the local road was a bi old, but they had redid a part of it only 4/5 years before. Still, the rain actually damaged severely the area, and the whole street is blocked. Can still walk, but the cars now got to do a huge deviation to go through. They quickl locked the street to avoid  accident, but seems some other area, more sensible, of the city had the same issue, so we're not the priority, they started workin on it tough.
And when it don't rain, it's.. well, hot. It's almost 22h when i wrote this (10pm) and it's still 30°C outside X)
I lived in south of the country most of my life, so i'm used to find system to keep the warmth out. Still, it kinda annouce a scorching earth summer heat.
Anyway, knowing a someone that is gonna melt this summer!
