she is based on a Pathfinder character i had once

A rat witch ; with some anoying skills!

To be honest i picked only some buff  type spell.... and fuck, i served to nothing at all the whole scenario. it was like a city style scenario, with lots of battle and talk, and my lil witch was like "hmm i'm gonna give you a +1 to your next roll" or "hmmm this ennemy got a -1 at each roll for one turn!"
