To resume foir those who dunno the game, it allow you to play a nation before WW2. it focus on ressource management, unit creation and stuff. The purpose is to replay history. But also change it.

In the game, doing stuff like waging wars, or annexing peoples build world tension, and for democratic countries, a lot of powerfull actions (aka priorities ) need to have a certain amount of world "heat" before being availlable.
including "awaking the giant" wich is kinda the action that allow America to build factories like if they were mushrooms.
