No matter how many times she tried to turn away, she always ended up feeling the presence. First with thought, then with the senses. On the skin, he felt the heat: the caresses along the back and along the curve of the soft hips, going down the thighs and ankles, to the soles and toes. So she stopped and turned to look. She did not know if it was for pure magnetism or perhaps more for a matter of light, but she certainly could not - nor did she want - to escape that call.

 Per quante volte aveva provato ad allontanarsi o a voltarsi di spalle, finiva sempre col sentirne la presenza. Prima col pensiero, poi con i sensi. Sulla pelle, ne sentiva il calore: le carezze lungo la schiena e la curva dei morbidi fianchi, scendo giù per le cosce e le caviglie, fino alla pianta e la punta dei piedi. Così si fermava e si voltava a guardare. Non sapeva se fosse per puro magnetismo o forse più per una questione di luce, ma di certo non poteva - né voleva - sfuggire a quel richiamo
