Since you brought up the name lol, yes "Seijoh" is the nickname of Aoba Johsai. This is something that happens quite often in Haikyuu actually; nicknames come by combining the first part of two names. Thing is, similar to how in English certain letters make radically different sounds depending on context, in Japanese, the letter for "Ao" in Aoba Johsai can also be pronounced as "Sei" depending on what follows it. So the logic is [Ao]-[Ba] [Joh]-[Sei] becomes [Ao]-[Joh] which thanks to the way the language works, becomes [Sei]-[Joh]. (Also random fact; the name 'Aoba Johsei' in English is translated into "West of the Aoba Castle", which is a real-world 15th century Castle that you can visit in the area of Japan where Haikyuu takes place. Don't know if there is a school there though XD)
