Maki's superhuman physical prowess is explained in this episode as the result of a Heavenly Pact(putting aside all the training we know she does). Basically, she was supposed to be born with the Zenin Clan's inherited Jujutsu technique but was instead born with very little(less than a normal non-sorcerer) cursed energy and no technique because the Heavens took them and gifted her superhuman physicality. Like how Mechamaru "Traded" his limbs and general good health for exceptional cursed energy production. Sometimes the Heavens decide to gift you cursed blessings.
