Why are you under the assumption that Sasuke can't fight without a rinnegan. He spent the first 17 years of his life without one, he's still a busted shinobi and remember now that Sasuke doesn't have to waste chakra so his stamina is even greater than it was when he had it. This may come as a shock to you Lucky but the same thing happened to Kakashi after he lost his Sharingan in that his stamina improved and his chakra increased over the years. Hokage Kakashi is way more powerful than he ever was in his prime or during the fourth great ninja war; when it comes to the current living Hokage Kakashi actually comes in second to Naruto but he surpassed Tsunade long ago.

Sasuke is strong, but without Rinnegan, he cant beat Code alone. He cant even go to the dimension Code is at without rinnegan or Karma.. Thats why i said it. Sure, he is no pushower with regular shinobi, but when it comes to Code..
